01 / THE BIGGER PICTURE

More data isn’t the answer.
A clearer picture is.

A conversion in an ad account. An inquiry in your inbox. A lead in your CRM. When those pieces don’t connect, it’s hard to know what deserves your attention.

Berg Consulting helps you understand what your measurement can tell you, where the gaps are, and what to work on first.

02 / OUR EXPERTISE

Focused expertise.
A practical way forward.

Three focused ways to work together. Start with the question you need to answer; each engagement has its own scope.

02 / IMPLEMENT

Tracking & Attribution Foundation

Put agreed improvements into place so the next lead carries more useful information.

Discuss a project
  • Defined conversion events and campaign fields
  • A supported form-to-CRM workflow
  • Controlled testing and documented results
  • Practical handoff for your team
What’s in scope?

A written proposal names the included actions and systems. A starting project may cover up to five agreed conversion actions, campaign conventions, and one supported lead workflow.

Custom APIs, major site development, and advanced integrations are assessed separately. Timing depends on access and approvals.

03 / ADVISE

Monthly Performance Advisory

Turn usable marketing data into a consistent rhythm of review, priorities, and action.

Discuss advisory
  • Priority measurement health checks
  • Performance review with clear context
  • A written brief of recommended next steps
  • One 60-minute strategy conversation
What’s in scope?

One website, up to two ad accounts, and one CRM pipeline. Analysis, meetings, support, and small agreed changes share a six-hour monthly cap.

Daily ad management, emergency support, and larger implementation work are outside the standard service.

Every engagement begins with a written scope and quote. Implementation and advisory are optional follow-on services.

03 / OUR APPROACH

A clear process.
From question to action.

Good consulting should leave you with a clearer understanding of your business and a useful plan for moving forward.

Your accounts stay yours.
Your team stays in the loop.

  1. 01

    Understand the decision

Start with your business question, the systems involved, and what a useful answer would look like.

  2. 02

    Follow the evidence

Review the agreed setup and test the lead journey. Separate confirmed findings from assumptions and data limitations.

  3. 03

    Set clear priorities

See what matters, why it matters, and who can take the next step. Any changes begin with an agreed scope.

  4. 04

    Leave a useful handoff

Get documented findings, test evidence where relevant, and a walkthrough your team can put to work.

04 / CLARITY IN PRACTICE

Less guesswork.
More direction.

An audit connects a technical observation to its business consequence and a recommended next step.

Explore a few illustrative findings to see the level of clarity you can expect.

Illustrative examples only. These are not client results or a completed client audit.

INSIDE A CLARITY AUDITEXAMPLE
CONVERSION ACCURACYPriority: high

A click is being counted as a lead.

What we observed
The lead event fires when the submit button is clicked, even if the form fails validation.
Why it matters
Reports can count unsuccessful attempts as inquiries, making lead volume look higher than it is.
Recommended next step
Trigger the event on confirmed submission success. Test both a successful and an unsuccessful submission, then verify the CRM record.

06 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
get started.

Is Berg Consulting a good fit for my business?

The strongest fit is a business that generates inquiries, appointments, or quote requests through marketing and has a CRM or organized sales process. A specific measurement question and an engaged decision-maker are good starting points.

Can you work with our current agency or developer?

Yes. An independent review or a defined implementation project can complement your existing team. Responsibilities, account access, and developer dependencies are agreed before work starts.

Do I have to buy implementation after an audit?

No. The audit is a stand-alone engagement. You can use the findings with your own team, another provider, or Berg Consulting if a further engagement makes sense.

What access will you need?

Access depends on the scope. Read-only access is preferred for review where it is sufficient, and any test submissions or configuration changes are agreed in advance. You retain ownership of your accounts.

Will better tracking guarantee more revenue?

Better measurement supports better-informed decisions, but it does not guarantee sales or complete attribution. Findings distinguish observed results, modeled data, and limitations, including historical gaps.

Do you manage advertising campaigns every day?

The core services focus on measurement, implementation, and performance advice. Daily advertising management and continuous emergency support are outside the standard packages.
